What is a Certified Forensic Death Investigator (CFDI)?
It is the first of its kind specifically for Criminal Defense Investigations of Death and Serious Bodily Injury (SBI)! Fully accredited by CDITC.

Developed by Associates in Forensic Investigations and partnered exclusively with the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council (CDITC) - two powerful teams in their expertise, joining together to offer the CFDI Program for this specialized training and certification in Advanced Criminal Defense Investigations.
  • Learn to Review and Analyze prosecution discovery and criminal defense evidence specific to Death / SBI.
  • Learn the advanced skills of Accident, Suicide & Homicide Deaths or non-fatal SBIs specific to criminal defense.
  • Learn the advanced skills of decedent and scene assessment and analysis specific to criminal defense.
  • Apply the advanced skills, knowledge and experience to becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Learn how to earn the CFDI-Expert credential as a court endorsed expert consultant.
